  • How to return a product ?

You have the right to return (by tracked parcel and at your responsibility) every product you have purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return fees are offered by Fernweh in metropolitan France.

Contact us if you wish return a product.

Once the product is returned, we will check that it is in the same condition as when delivered, with its packaging and all its originals accessories.

If no damage is detected, we will issue a full refund.

  • What is covered in the warranty ? 

From the date of purchase, the two (2) years warranty covered Fernweh watches against any defects in manufacturing. In no case the warranty covers defects and damage not attributable to Fernweh.

  • How do I get my watch repaired ?

If repairs are not covered by the warranty, Fernweh watches can be repaired by any professional watchmaker or you can contact us to evaluate the repair cost.

Watches are fitted with standard batteries so that it could be changed by any professional watchmaker close to you.

  • How long is the battery life ?

Our batteries are expected to last about 2 years depending on external factors.
